How is it Managed?
Each Co-Owner holds a share in the Property, defined by a Co-Ownership agreement. This agreement outlines crucial details such as each Member’s usage rights, legal and financial responsibilities, and agreed codes of conduct within the property.
It also sets out how decisions are made, how scheduling is managed, how any disputes are resolved, and the procedures for selling or transferring ownership shares.
SwissClub Homes facilitates the creation of this Co-Ownership agreement and then provides full management of both the property and the Co-Ownership arrangement.
